This new e-Rewards service, Hybrid Interviewing™, allows researchers to gain deeper insights by engaging individual respondents in real-time, professionally moderated, online interview sessions powered by iModerate, the leader in online one-on-ones. These sessions occur at a pre-determined point in the survey in an “instant messenger”-type environment and help clients complete the research story by adding qualitative insight to quantitative data.
