Home Improvement Retailing, a premier source for home improvement news in Canada, featured findings from our third quarter Consumer Confidence Report, Reading between the Numbers: Consumer Confidence from the Consumer’s Point of View, in its news column this morning. The article speaks to our findings in relation to the drop in Consumer Confidence, highlighting the fact that although consumers are feeling somewhat more stable when it comes to their finances, this sentiment does not translate into willingness to make purchases.

The insights I received from iModerate really brought our NPS program to life. While it was always highly-visible and important to key stakeholders it did not resonate as well with the majority of employees.
